The predicted salary is between 1300 - 1800 £ per month.

Main responsibilities will be:

  • Delivery of creative play opportunities in a safe and caring environment
  • Provision of full care for the children including safe collection from classrooms
  • Monitoring and assisting children with snacks and food service
  • Assistance in the preparation of appropriate play activities
  • Setting out, clearing away and maintaining materials and equipment required by the children
  • Maintaining excellent food hygiene standards
  • Administering basic first aid as appropriate
  • Encouraging support and involvement in play activities
  • Maintaining close liaison with parents and other extended services staff
  • Carrying out all responsibilities and activities within an equal opportunities framework
  • Attending relevant meetings as required
  • Participating in training and other learning activities and performance development as required
  • Any other related duties and responsibilities that may arise but do not change the character of the post
  • Can be flexible if cover for sickness is required
