The predicted salary is between 30000 - 40000 £ per year.

The role of the Learning Mentor is to engage vulnerable or challenging pupils in their learning through provision of high quality early intervention that impacts positively on pupil welfare, attendance, progress and behaviour, and to provide support to the Principal. The successful candidate will be attached to a specific year group and work with the inclusion officer to remove barriers to learning, enhance attendance and engagement and work hard to secure the best outcomes for our students.

The successful candidate would need to be able to work well as part of a team and be confident working one to one with pupils.
