In this role, your duties and responsibilities will include assisting with the planning and curriculum, using the EYFS for guidance. Helping with the setup of classrooms and playrooms, and then tidying away after. You will have the opportunity to act as a key person to a small group of children, liaising closely and building an effective relationship with parents/carers and ensuring each child's needs are recognised and met.

The successful candidate will be able to teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experience, ensuring that children are kept safe. It is therefore important that you understand the child protection procedures and when to follow them.

The Willows Preschool is based in the grounds of North Bradley Primary School, with whom we hold strong links. We are open from 09.00 - 15.00, term time only. An earlier start of 8.30 is currently offered but can be subject to demand. We care for children from two years, including funded two year olds, until they reach school age.
