We are looking for somebody with the commitment and skills to support students with their learning whatever their needs and starting points. The successful candidate will have a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work, and may be looking to further their career within education. The role involves supporting the SENCO and teaching staff with ensuring all students, including those with Special Educational Needs, make progress.
The successful candidate will join an experienced and friendly team of support staff who make an invaluable contribution to the running of the school. We offer extensive training opportunities for our support staff, and as we encourage our team to develop their skills and talents, and play a key role in supporting colleagues, there are opportunities for promotion and career development within the team.
