Under the direction of the Strategic Business Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the HR function for the school ensuring compliance with all necessary legislation and best practice. You will support the Senior Leadership Team in all aspects of people management and assist with the school's recruitment needs. Additionally, you will liaise with the school's HR consultants as required.
