What skills and experience we\'re looking for

South Shore Academy is seeking to appoint an experienced Office Manager

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy school office and possess good customer service, ICT, and communication skills. They should be personable, engaging, well-organised, efficient, flexible, calm, friendly, motivated, and passionate about providing excellent support to children, staff, and visitors. Training will be provided, but good IT skills, particularly in Google Docs/Sheets, and knowledge of SIMS would be advantageous.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
