  • Aim to develop their skills under the guidance of school staff.
  • Be committed to undertaking an apprenticeship framework in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools at level 2 (18 month study period).
  • Be committed to undertaking functional skills in maths and English at Level 2 (if exemptions don’t apply).
