The Elizabethan Academy is seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join our friendly and professional team. As a Finance Assistant, you’ll provide accurate and efficient financial administration, helping us maintain compliance and deliver high-quality services. From processing invoices to monitoring budgets, your work will directly support our students and staff.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone organised, adaptable, and confident with numbers.
  • While experience in finance or education is an advantage, it’s not essential.
  • Strong administrative skills and a willingness to learn.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Process orders, invoices, and payments accurately using finance systems.
  • Monitor and reconcile petty cash and debit card transactions.
  • Assist with banking and school fund accounts.
  • Produce reports and spreadsheets to support decision-making.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders professionally.
  • Maintain up-to-date filing and financial records.
  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance at all times.
