The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.

Required ASAP. 30 hours and 50 minutes per week (8:25am – 3:05pm) – Term time only, plus 5 INSET days. We are seeking an enthusiastic and well‑organised individual with good communication skills. Good classroom management skills are needed to respond to questions and assist pupils to undertake set activities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervising classes when a teacher is absent, maintaining good behaviour and keeping students on task.
  • Completing registration for absent teachers and ensuring registers are completed correctly.
  • Collecting work set by the Head of Department or sent in by the absent teacher and using this work when supervising a class.
  • Managing student behaviour and using the School’s Behaviour for Learning procedure as necessary.
  • Collecting completed work from lessons and ensuring this is given to the Head of Department or other subject teacher.
