Yealmpstone Farm Primary School is a member of the IDEAL Alliance (inclusion, diversity, equity, achievement and leadership), which is a group of maintained local authority schools with a specialism in early years. It is predominantly a one form entry school but we do have some year groups with two classes.
We are looking for a leader who will support and grow our culture of belonging, where all adults have a relational approach with pupils and a close community cohesion. Our new leader will have a deep understanding of early help for families and an awareness of how we can connect services to provide support and enable families to thrive. We have a strong safeguarding culture and we are looking for a leader who can maintain this and develop it further.
We are looking for a headteacher who will:

- Have experience of leading people, developing their expertise and holding to account.
- Have proven senior leadership experience within a primary school.
