Compliance Co‑ordinator at Inspiration Trust Central Services, supporting the Director of Estates in the delivery of high‑quality Estate management services.
Location: Cringleford Prep, Woolhouse Way, Cringleford, Norfolk, NR4 7FU.
Start Date: June 2026.
Salary: Support Staff Pay Scale E – £26,403 to £28,142 per annum.
Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year.
Responsibilities- Monitor and develop the use of the Smartlog platform for compliance and reporting.
- Provide excellent administrative and clerical support in all areas of Estate management.
- Support innovation and project work to drive forward the performance of the department.
- Support legal compliance in all activities.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors and contractors as required.
- Essential – Good numeracy and literacy skills; GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grade 5 or above.
- Experience of dealing with high volume, deadline‑driven requests in a calm, diplomatic and persuasive manner.
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office 365 and relevant IT packages.
- Administration experience in a busy office.
- Strong verbal and numerical reasoning ability.
- Experience of compiling reports and analysing data.
- Experience in communicating at all levels of the organisation.
- Desirable – Experience in a similar role or qualified to level 5.
- Health & Safety qualification at level 2 or above.
- Experience of working in an education setting.
- Essential – Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
