We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Behaviour Mentor to join our SEND team in a vibrant mainstream secondary school. This position is highly rewarding and impactful, working closely with students who experience behavioural, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) challenges, helping them to re‑engage with learning and achieve their full potential.

Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver targeted interventions to support students in and beyond the classroom.
  • Build strong relationships and provide consistent guidance to help students develop positive behaviours, resilience and confidence.
  • Play a central role in the school’s A‑PD‑R cycle, contributing to the identification of needs, implementation of support strategies and evaluation of impact.
  • Directly influence student outcomes and shape inclusive practice across the school.
