About You
Our Cover Team requires a confident and adaptable individual who can ensure the continuity of high-quality education when cover is required – primarily in the classroom, but occasionally across other areas of the school. You’ll work closely with class teachers to support and deliver engaging learning experiences, helping students stay focused and ensuring lessons run smoothly. If you are calm under pressure, quick to build rapport, and passionate about supporting young people, we would love to hear from you.
Ideal Candidate
- GCSE English and Maths, minimum Grade 3 or equivalent
- High level of education
- Proven experience working in an education environment
