Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated and collaborative teaching team, driving high‑quality teaching and learning across the Science subject.
  • Shape and implement a developing curriculum and enhance the science student entitlement programme, which supports students exploring their interest in science and future career pathways.
  • Lead the strategic development of the department, using careful evaluation of curriculum intent, implementation and impact to secure strong outcomes for all learners.
