Walkergate Community School is seeking to appoint a Phase Leader to support the senior leadership team and be accountable for the educational progress of learners within a designated learning phase. This is an exciting opportunity to effectively lead teaching and learning, develop one or more curriculum areas, and line manage a team of teaching and support staff.

Our school is a large primary school based across two sites in the east end of Newcastle. We currently have 650 pupils aged from 2 to 11.
