We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Business Manager with excellent customer care standards who can manage varied and demanding tasks and meet strict deadlines. The candidate will be a valued member of the leadership team, helping inform the strategic direction of the school. Excellent interpersonal skills, enthusiasm, a commitment to teamwork, and strong organisational abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Line manage the administration team and work closely with the Premises Manager during absences.
  • Provide support to the Senior Leadership Team and Governors.
  • Maintain accurate records in relation to service provisions.
  • Work effectively in partnership with pupils, parents, staff and governors.
  • Collaborate with external services to support parents and carers.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience of MIS systems.
  • Strong initiative and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Competence in a range of IT packages.
  • Calm, courteous, professional manner with good communication skills.
  • Superior time‑management and prioritisation skills, adaptable to changing demands.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records in relation to service provisions.
  • Background check with Disclosure and Barring Service.
  • Proficiency in spoken English.
