We are looking for a Headteacher who will have:
- Recent successful experience of primary school leadership at a senior level.
- The skills and abilities to nurture, inspire and challenge our children.
- A commitment to support and develop the Christian ethos and values of our school.
- A passion to see all children reach their full potential regardless of ability.
- A desire to work with the whole school community to build upon the school’s achievements to date and lead us to the next stage of the school’s development.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to be reflective, with good communication and listening skills; able to recognise current strengths and maintain stability, whilst managing necessary change.
- A desire to work collaboratively with staff, governors, Local Authority, Diocese, parents and children to enhance the quality of the school.
- A commitment to uphold and actively promote the Christian vision and values of a Church of England school and work closely with the Diocese of Hereford.
