Deptford Park Primary School is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Lead Teacher to head our 40-place specialist provision for primary-aged children with severe learning difficulties (SLD). This is a unique opportunity to:

Shape an inclusive, high-quality learning environment.

Lead and inspire a skilled team of teachers and support staff.

Develop a bespoke curriculum that meets the complex needs of our pupils.

What we\’re looking for:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with significant SEND leadership experience.

Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and safeguarding.

A commitment to inclusive education and improving outcomes for all learners.

Start date: September 2026 or sooner
