The Priory Academy LSST, one of the UK’s top performing state schools, is looking for a Pastoral Manager. You would join a team who are rightly proud of our Academy’s outstanding academic record of accomplishment but prouder still of the vibrant, supportive and ambitious culture to which we all contribute and foster.

We are seeking to appoint a professional, confident and well‑organised person to support our Pastoral Department within The Academy. The role will involve:

  • Liaising directly with the Head of Year on pastoral issues
  • Maintaining high standards across the Academy and year group
  • Liaising with parents/carers
  • Supporting students within the designated year group and across the Academy

Applicants should have a sound knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel. GCSE English and Mathematics Grade A‑C or equivalent and Level 2 Business Administration or equivalent are essential.
