The Priory Federation of Academies Trust is seeking an exceptional leader to become the Head of Lincolnshire ITT, overseeing the Trust’s well-established and growing ITT provision. This is a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Initial Teacher Training professional to lead a high-performing training partnership and an experienced and successful team of cross-phase ITT professionals, working within the Trust’s Adult Education Training arm.

We are looking for an individual with the vision, knowledge and credibility to shape the next phase of our provision - ensuring outstanding trainee experiences, excellent outcomes, compliance with national statutory requirements, and a strong pipeline of teachers for Lincolnshire schools. You will be responsible for the strategic, operational and quality assurance leadership of ITT, working closely with school partners, senior Trust leaders, and external stakeholders to deliver an ambitious, inclusive and research-informed curriculum, which achieves successful outcomes.
