We’re seeking a part‑time, permanent Leisure Letting Assistant to work 20 hours a week across our Chorlton High School and CHS South sites. The role is paid at Grade 3 (full‑time equivalent £25,583; pro‑rata 20 hours £14,618).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist hirers with the set‑up of facilities for lettings and school events.
- Act as the first point of contact for users, welcoming them and addressing inquiries.
- Operate as key holder, manage gate/door security and perform lone‑working duties.
- Complete health and safety checks and report hazards or faulty equipment.
- Maintain security of facilities, ensuring only authorised users gain access.
- Perform light cleaning duties to keep designated sites tidy.
- Handle administrative tasks, manage schedules and maintain accurate records.
- Act as a first‑aider and take responsibility for safeguarding and child‑protection procedures.
