Elliott Hudson College are seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Head of Alliance. This role is of great importance to our work as a college – the successful applicant will be expected to provide outstanding pastoral leadership to provide the best educational opportunities for our students.

The ideal applicant will have:

  • Relevant degree of Level 6 qualification.
  • Clear ideas and strategies for raising pupil attainment in Post‑16.
  • A minimum of two years successful experience of working with a Post‑16 provision.
