An exciting opportunity has arisen at Maltby Academy for an exceptional Lead Teaching Assistant to work with an experienced and highly motivated team of professionals with the academy’s REACH department.
We are seeking to appoint a suitably qualified and talented professional to work closely across Key Stage 3 & 4 with students who may have specific learning needs or social, emotional, and mental health and/or engagement individual needs. The colleague appointed will work within the school’s REACH department. This may include general classroom and pastoral support for various curriculum programmes and guide students via interventions to overcome barriers to learning in order for them to enjoy learning and achieve their full potential.
Maltby Academy already has a strong team of professionals delivering high quality learning in and out of the classroom who work together to achieve our Academy vision ‘to deliver exceptional learning experiences that enable all young people to thrive in a competitive world and lead successful and fulfilling lives’.
