- Level 3 qualification in Childcare / Early Years (or equivalent)
- Relevant safeguarding and paediatric first aid training (or willingness to undertake)
- Level 4 or higher qualification in Early Years Leadership or mentoring training
- Significant experience working within an EYFS/nursery setting
- Experience of supporting children’s learning through play-based approaches
