Could you be our new Recruitment Administrator? We’re looking for a proactive, people-focused administrator to join our supportive and high‑performing team at Head Office. You’ll play a key role in delivering an essential service to our academies across the Trust—helping us bring great people into roles that make a real difference. If you enjoy a fast-paced, varied workload and take pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills and be part of a team that truly values what you do.
You’ll be joining our dynamic, supportive and forward-thinking HR & Recruitment Team, working closely with over 63 academies across our successful Multi Academy Trust. You’ll build great working relationships with key contacts in our academies, work closely with the wider team as well as hiring managers within our Head Office team. We’d ideally like you to join us in March 2026, on a full time, all year-round, on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. However, we are also happy to discuss term time only if this would suit you better.
Responsibilities- You’ll be the first point of contact for any telephone or face-to-face queries in recruitment, both for internal and external enquiries.
- You’ll carry out a variety of recruitment administration tasks, including; working through the team inbox, creating requisitions on our recruitment system, creating and posting job adverts, creating contracts for new starters, producing interview packs, organising interviews, conducting pre-employment checks and following safer recruitment guidelines and more.
- You’ll work with the wider team to support with recruitment training.
- You’ll regularly work on our Trust recruitment system, ensuring it is well maintained.
- Excellent organisation, attention to detail and administration skills.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and communicate clearly at all levels.
- Flexibility to prioritise effectively and work at a fast pace as required.
- Experience in a similar administrative role is advantageous.
- You to be enthusiastic, take pride in doing a good job and enjoy working as part of a small team.
Hours: 37 hours per week / All Year Round (52 Weeks) / Temporary. Grade D (points 6 to 8, £25,989 to £26,824).
