Overview
What skills and experience we\’re looking for
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our well-established Pastoral team. The successful candidate will work alongside our existing Pastoral Team to support and manage the behaviour of students on a day-to-day basis. The role is an integral part to the school’s behaviour system. The successful candidate must have a passion for making a difference to young people and will need to be highly organised, hardworking, flexible and enjoy working in a busy school environment.
