Qualifications & Experience
- Meets HLTA professional standards.
- Holds a relevant HLTA qualification.
- GCSE English and Maths (Grade C/4 or above).
- Evidence of specialism in a curriculum or learning difficulty area.
- At least two years’ experience working with children in an educational setting.
- Experience across primary/secondary phases.

Knowledge & Understanding
- Strong understanding of the National Curriculum.
