What skills and experience we\’re looking for
The successful candidate will have:
- Higher Level Teaching Assistant status or willingness to work towards.
- Training and experience in relevant learning strategies e.g. literacy/ Key Stage 1 or 2.
- Experience of leading whole-class teaching opportunities from EYFS to KS2.
- Experience of preparing and delivering resources (age and ability appropriate) to engage with pupils and contribute to their learning objectives.
- Experience of developing and implementing Individual Education Plans and Behaviour Plans.
- Experience of working with pupils with different abilities, and adapting own approach and learning.
- Experience of delivering a strong universal teaching offer.
