Mullion School is seeking a warm, organised and professional Receptionist/Administrator to join our busy school office. This is a key front‑of‑house role, providing an excellent first impression to pupils, parents, staff and visitors while supporting the smooth running of the school.

About The Role

  • Be the first point of contact for all enquiries, in person, by phone and via email.
  • Provide high‑quality administrative support to the office and wider school community.
  • Manage daily tasks such as visitor sign‑in, attendance administration, drafting communications, maintaining records and supporting school systems.
  • Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding expectations at all times.
