We are looking for an experienced Deputy Head Teacher, Assistant Head Teacher or senior leader who is keen to apply their knowledge and expertise in a new setting. The successful candidate will have responsibility for whole school curriculum development, as well as acting as a Designated Safeguarding Lead.

We are absolutely committed to providing the very best education for our children and we are seeking to appoint a strong candidate to the role who has the right skill set, values and attributes. You should share a strong commitment to providing high quality teaching and learning experiences for all groups of children. Your track record should evidence the impact that you have had as a senior leader in shaping whole school culture, as well as in continuously raising achievement.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a key aspect or area of whole school improvement as well as carrying out the full range of day-to-day management duties. You will be expected to build positive relationships with our school community and to be an excellent role model, as both a teacher and leader. The role is not class-based, however includes a 2-day per week teaching commitment covering PPA and leadership time throughout the school. We are hoping that the successful candidate will be able to start in September 2026. We may be able to offer some flexibility on the start date.
