This is an exceptionally exciting time to join Overton. We have just appointed a new experienced Head Teacher who will also start in September 2026. This role is a fantastic opportunity to work in partnership with the new head to influence our culture, ethos, and child experience—ensuring every child thrives in a positive, inclusive, and high‑achieving environment.
We need a Phase Leader who truly understands our school – someone who can inspire, motivate, and drive lasting change. There may be an opportunity for a post threshold teacher or for the Upper pay range to be considered for the right candidate.
We are looking for candidates who:
