We are looking for an ambitious and values‑driven leader who is passionate about improving outcomes and making a lasting difference for young people. The successful candidate will lead with clarity and purpose, collaborate to drive improvement, and support staff, pupils, parents/carers, and governors to achieve high expectations and inclusive practice. They will contribute confidently to the strategic leadership of the Academy, play an active role in shaping its culture and direction, and maintain a visible, approachable presence within the school.
Responsibilities
- Driving the school's improvement and raising attainment across all key stages.
- Supporting and mentoring middle leaders to deliver well‑planned and stimulating lessons.
- Developing and implementing strategies that promote inclusive practice and high expectations.
- Collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to set and monitor progress against the Academy’s vision.
- Communicating effectively with staff, pupils, parents/carers, governors and the wider school community.
- Managing resources, budgets and staff development plans to maximise pupil outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status.
- Degree in a relevant subject.
- Substantial experience in middle leadership.
- Proven ability to deliver well‑planned and engaging lessons.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills.
