You will deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that meet curriculum requirements and support learners to achieve their goals. Creating a positive and supportive learning environment, you will motivate learners, encourage independence and address individual learning needs. Working closely with colleagues, you will help learners overcome barriers and develop key skills, including literacy and numeracy. You will continually reflect on your practice, using feedback to enhance the learning experience.
About You
- Relevant industry experience working within your specialism and within the Accountancy/ Business Sector
- AAT Level 4, or equivalent, in specialism
- PGCE, DTTLS or Certificate in Education (or willingness to complete)
- Willingness to undertake Equality and Diversity and Safeguarding training
The candidate will be required to undergo a full enhanced DBS check and must be eligible to work in the UK.
