We are looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic Central Team. This is a key role supporting our Trust's strategic financial planning, helping to ensure the financial strength and sustainability of our academies.
About the Role
- Supporting the Director of Finance in delivering effective financial management across the Trust.
- Producing 3-5 year budget forecasts and in-depth financial analysis.
- Leading on monthly management accounts and reporting against key performance indicators.
- Ensuring consistent financial policy implementation across a portfolio of academies.
- Providing professional guidance and support to school-based finance staff.
- Supporting Trust-wide projects including transformation, internal audit, dashboard reporting, and DfE submissions.
About You
- A highly motivated, detail-oriented finance professional.
- A Level 3 qualification or higher in accountancy, finance, or business (or equivalent experience).
- Strong experience in budget management, financial systems, and stakeholder reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to train, support, and influence others.
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a values-driven environment.
