We are looking for a part time Facilities Manager to support the existing post holder. The role involves managing refurbishment or repair projects and compliance issues across our 9 school sites in Croydon, South London. More days may be available in the future.
Applicants must be locally based in South London, be able to drive and have their own vehicle. There is a daily requirement to work at any of our school sites as required. This is a managerial role that involves working closely with caretakers and contractors and will require an excellent standard of spoken and written English with particular knowledge of the technical descriptors and terms used in the building industry.

The Pegasus Academy Trust is a group of six primary schools with nine separate sites located in the London Borough of Croydon. The Trust has been established since 2011 and has an excellent group of staff all working together to deliver great education for children in this part of London. The Directors of the Trust have placed high priority on the development and maintenance of our school premises, our estate is in excellent condition and we devote significant funds each year to ensuring that it remains that way.
