Now entering its second year, The Lighthouse, our nurturing school‑within‑a‑school Alternative Curriculum Provision, has already made remarkable progress, with many students reengaging in education. We are seeking an inspiring, relational, and forward‑thinking leader to guide The Lighthouse into its next phase, supporting young people experiencing Emotionally Based School Non Attendance (EBSNA), and building a culture where every young person feels safe, valued, and ready to thrive.
