Applications are warmly invited for an inspirational Headteacher to oversee the strategic and day-to-day leadership and management of Hinchley Wood Primary School. Hinchley Wood Primary School is a popular three form entry primary school and proud to be a founder member of the Hinchley Wood Learning Partnership (HWLP) – a multi academy trust including Hinchley Wood School (a seven form entry secondary school on the same site) and Thames Ditton Junior School (a three form entry junior school a short walk from HWPS).
This is an exciting time to join the school, and our Partnership, helping to shape a new era of development and growth so that all children are able to reach their full potential. The successful applicant will build upon the current strengths of the school whilst being able to effectively analyse how it can improve further to realise its vision of delivering outstanding education. The successful applicant will have the support of the Partnership, Trustees, CEO and the Local Governing Body.
