Are you passionate about early years education and ready to make a real impact? Pear Tree Infant and Nursery School is seeking an outstanding Early Years Lead Teacher to join our friendly and dedicated team. As EYFS Leader, you will:

  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS essential) with proven experience in Early Years Foundation Stage.
  • Be a highly skilled, inspirational and reflective classroom practitioner.
  • Be committed to nurturing curiosity, creativity, and confidence in our youngest learners, while contributing positively to our collaborative school culture.
  • Lead our Early Years provision, raising standards of teaching, learning and pupil outcomes.
  • Support, coach and motivate EYFS staff.
  • Work closely with families and the wider community to give every child the best start to their education.
