The Directors of Emmaus Catholic Multi Academy Company, together with the Diocesan Education Service, wish to appoint an ambitious, experienced and suitably qualified practising Catholic to the post of Vice Principal at St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School, Droitwich. St Joseph’s Droitwich is a beautiful primary school situated off Ombersley Way which serves the surrounding area. St Joseph’s, Droitwich is a popular, nurturing and outward looking school with happy, motivated and well-behaved children. We have an excellent staff team, a supportive and knowledgeable Local Governing Body and strong links with our local parish.

The successful candidate will support the newly appointed Principal in continuing to raise standards and further enhance the curriculum so that it enriches the lives of our children, makes learning engaging and fun, and ensures every child’s talents are developed to the full. Actual roles and responsibilities will depend on the candidate. However, we would prefer the successful candidate to have the expertise and vision to lead Religious Education. Directors are looking for an outstanding, highly motivated practitioner, with experience of whole school improvement and able to develop the curriculum to ensure St Joseph’s children reach their potential.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of our Multi Academy Company in which our aspirations are high and there is a shared vision of continually raising standards in each of our schools.
