Elliott Hudson College is seeking to recruit an inspirational colleague to the role of Director of Psychology. This role is of great importance to our work as an Academy - the successful applicant will be expected to be responsible for continually driving improvement in order to achieve the vision of the college and uphold the core values.

The ideal applicant should have:

  • A degree in the relevant subject and qualified teacher status.
  • Good understanding of the A Level Psychology curriculum.
  • Knowledge of strategies that promote a positive climate for learning in subjects with differing demands.
  • A passion for education and for making a difference to disadvantaged students.
  • Ability to provide clear evaluation and strategies for improvement for leadership teams.
