This post is open to all leaders and aspiring leaders who have a passion for education and the skills and dedication to lead others. The role requires strategic thinking and an ability to lead whilst focusing on developing strong relationships.

We would welcome applications from qualified and experiences school leaders who can demonstrate excellent teaching and learning skills, a commitment to working collaboratively and an innovative approach to education. We expect that the successful candidate will being to our school honesty, openness to new ideas, a warm nurturing personality and will quickly develop an understanding of families and children in our community.

Our Deputy Headteacher will have a regular teaching commitment and will be expected to lead and have experience across the full primary age range.

The role is central to the school team, working with the Headteacher to accomplish the very best outcomes for our children.
