The predicted salary is between 20000 - 25000 £ per year.
Required ASAP. 30 hours and 50 minutes per week (8:25am – 3:05pm) – Term time only, plus 5 INSET days. We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised individual with good communication skills. Good classroom management skills are needed to respond to questions and assist pupils to undertake set activities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supervising classes when a teacher is absent, maintaining good behaviour and keeping students on task.
- Completing registration for absent teachers and ensuring registers are completed correctly.
- Collecting work set by the Head of Department or sent in by the absent teacher and using this work when supervising a class.
- Managing student behaviour and using the School’s Behaviour for Learning procedure as necessary.
- Collecting completed work from lessons and ensuring this is given to the Head of Department or other subject teacher.
