Overview

Soham Village College is seeking to recruit a Cover Supervisor to support the school in covering lessons in the absence of the usual class teacher.

Responsibilities

  • Lead each lesson following the cover work provided by the class teacher, managing the behaviour of the students in each class and ensuring they are able to follow the work set.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to enthuse and motivate others.
