Gilbert Inglefield Academy are looking to appoint an experienced and organised Cover Manager to lead a team of Cover Supervisors. The Cover Manager will work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage and organise cover for absent staff, ensuring continuity in teaching and learning. You will also be responsible for inducting external visiting teachers and liaising with external recruitment agencies.
Hours per week - 25
NJC point - 22, salary to be pro-rated
