A successful and innovative leader and manager within your current setting who is ready to take the next step based on proven effective experiences. An outstanding teacher with the ability to blend quality first teaching with the effective use of support staff and creative use of technology to raise standards.

An experienced SENCO or Inclusion Manager or willing to undergo the National Award for SEN Co-ordination with relevant and recent inclusive experience. A practitioner with a clear understanding of the needs and development of how children learn or an experienced Early Years or KS1 or KS2 practitioner. Able to be part of the safeguarding team and lead on some safeguarding cases and supporting our most vulnerable pupils and families. An excellent communicator with experience of working in partnership with parents, school staff and external agencies.

Could you work closely with the Head and Deputy to drive forward the quality of learning across the school? Lead Inclusion throughout the school with passion, energy and insight! Line-manage, develop and lead an effective Inclusion Team. Lead and manage a phase in the school. Be part of a hard working team with a willingness to adapt to the needs of an ever changing and growing school.
