The University of Chichester (Multi) Academy Trust is seeking a committed and forward-thinking individual to join our Board of Trustees. We are seeking a Human Resources specialist to contribute strategic oversight and professional expertise to our Board of Trustees. This is a voluntary, non-executive role with significant impact. As a Trustee, you will play a key part in ensuring our Trust delivers exceptional education across all schools, while upholding strong governance, financial integrity, and a positive working culture. Your HR expertise will help guide our people strategy, support robust policies and procedures, and strengthen leadership across the Trust.
