We are seeking a compassionate and committed Pastoral Support Officer to join our Team. The role involves supporting students’ Mental Health and Wellbeing (MHWB) and Safeguarding needs across the school, delivering targeted pastoral interventions, including 1:1 and small-group support. The successful candidate will receive Level 3 Safeguarding training and become an active member of our Safeguarding Team, helping to ensure a safe, supportive and inclusive environment for all pupils.

Work Schedule:

  • 30 Hours a week – Monday to Friday 08:45 – 15:15
  • Term Time plus inset days
  • Permanent
