Are you a dynamic and inspirational curriculum leader with a proven track record of driving exceptional outcomes in Maths? Do you thrive on challenge, collaboration, and innovation? Brinsworth Academy is seeking a hardworking Assistant Headteacher of Maths to lead transformational improvement across the faculty to ensure that our young people make exceptional progress.
In this high-impact role, you will be accountable for subject outcomes, working as part of the senior leadership team to shape and deliver high-quality teaching and strategic intervention across a multitude of subject areas. You’ll provide support to middle leadership, model outstanding practice, and support Trust-wide initiatives across three schools that raise standards and inspire success.
A key focus of the role will be designing a curriculum based upon a strong foundation of assessment and robust intervention that meet the needs of all learners—ensuring equity, ambition, and exceptional progress for every student. We’re looking for someone with excellent subject expertise, strategic insight, and the ability to lead with integrity, empathy, and ambition.
