An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and inspirational Physics specialist to lead and shape A level Physics across a group of high‑performing, Ofsted Outstanding sixth form colleges. As Group Subject Lead – Physics, you will provide strategic and academic leadership, driving curriculum coherence, excellence in teaching and assessment, and consistently strong student outcomes across multiple sites.

This is a role for a leader who is passionate about Physics education and motivated by the opportunity to influence practice at scale. Working closely with senior leaders and expert subject colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in shaping curriculum intent and pedagogy, supporting subject teams, and embedding high standards across the group.
