This is an excellent opportunity for:

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has successfully completed their ECT two-year Induction programme.
  • Has experience of working with children with Autism and/or EHCPs is desirable.
  • Has a good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practice.
  • Has the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupils.
  • Has a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standards.
  • Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
  • Shares our belief that every child deserves the very best opportunities.

You’ll be part of a supportive and ambitious team who are committed to helping every child reach their full potential.
