We’re looking for someone who:
- Has successfully completed their ECT two-year Induction programme.
- Has experience of working with children with Autism and/or EHCPs is desirable.
- Has a good knowledge of the National Curriculum with a good understanding of Assessment for Learning practice.
- Has the ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with pupils.
- Has a positive approach to school self-evaluation and an insistence on high standards.
- Demonstrates a passion for creating a supportive and inclusive environment for all members of our school community.
